૩૭૭ કે ૩૭૦
* કુનાલે લખ્યું તેમ હાઇકોર્ટે ૩૭૭મી કલમની વિરુધ્ધમાં ચુકાદો આપ્યો – પણ કોઇને યાદ આવે છે ૩૭૦મી કલમ? કાશ્મીરની ૯૦ ટકા મુશ્કેલીઓનું નિવારણ આ કલમ નાબૂદ કરવાથી આવી શકે છે તેમ મારું માનવુ છે. હા, જોકે હવે, બહુ જ મોડુ થઇ ગયુ છે. જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીરમાં તમે અંગત મિલ્કત ન ધરાવી શકો પણ, જમ્મુ-કાશ્મીર બેન્ક ગુજરાતનાં અમદાવાદમાં સી.જી.રોડ પર પોતાની મિલ્કત ધરાવી શકે! ધન્ય છે ભારતનાં બંધારણને!!
