1. ચારે ચાર મુદ્દા બરોબર છે
   કોમેન્ટ દૂર કરવાની વાતમાં ધ્યાન દોરવાનું કે તમારે નામે ,સભ્ય ભાષામાં -તમે સંમત ન થતા હોય તેવી કોમેંટ પણ માથે ચઢાવીશું

2. ચારેય મુદ્દા વ્યાજબી છે.

   કોમેન્ટ એડિટ/ડિલિટ કરનારાઓ પોતાના બ્લોગ પર “અહીં ફક્ત તરફેણ કરતી કોમેન્ટ જ અપ્રુવ થાય છે” લખે તો કેમ રહે?

   સામા પક્ષે, કેટલાક કોમેન્ટરો કોમેન્ટ બોક્સને વોશબેસિન સમજીને ઉલ્ટીઓ કરી જતા હોય છે, તેનું શું?

3. આપણે કરેલી કોમેન્ટસાથે છેડછાડ કરી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરતા લોકો પ્રત્યે મને પણ ચીઢ છે એક પ્રસીધ્ધ પત્રકાર લેખક ના લેખ પર મે પણ એક કોમેન્ટ કરી હતી જે તેમને છેડછાડ કરી ને એપ્રુવ કરી હતી મે તો મારા બ્લોગ ઉપર તે અગે પોસ્ટ ઠોકી બેસાડી હતી….

5. વાત સાચી છે. ટેકો કે ટીકા એને માણવા-પચાવાની ક્ષમતા હોવી-કેળવવી એ બ્લોગિંગનો પહેલો અને જરૂરી નિયમ છે. ખાલી ઓળખીતા-જાણીતા બ્લોગને જ વખાણવા કે વખોડવા એ પણ યોગ્ય નથી.

6. I think Vivek is talking about dear SS. U.Ko cant do it. Others are not ‘Prasidhh’. Am I correct, Vivek ?

   Vinay – in my view, if blogger does not like the comment better dont publish it at all, but modifying a comment is next to a crime.

   Kartik, your first point is more dangerous than sum of rest three!

   I agree with you views on #1. However, for 2,3 and 4 I personally feel that they are additional ‘personalisation’ and/or security measures who someone who owns the blog/microblog. DT (daakhla tarike), if you want to follow someone’s twitter feed that is protected, you’d just request to follow them. Whether you should follow one’s feed is upto the blog/microblog owner. It is the other way around for anonymous comments I think but still bloggers have control to permit or not these comments (like on your blog). On removing the comments, if the author of the blog doesn’t think it is relevant to the idea they are putting forward, by all means they have the control to do so. Blogging is essentially free journalism and hence it should replicate and it doe s to a certain extent those controls. Media always twists and doesn’t present the complete whole truth with all viewpoints. Sometimes non-relevant thoughts need to be suppressed – it all depends on the editor (blog-author)!

   But hey, I know you’ve just expressed your likes and dislikes and no harm in that. Whether to edit/delete/anonymise this comment if it is non relevent to the point you’re making totally rests with you – the owner!

11. અરે આ પણ ખરેખર બહું સાચી વાત = modifying a comment is next to a crime…
    બટ ખાટલે મોટી ખોટ કે આપણે ક્રાઇમ, કાનૂન, ક્રિયેશન આવા ઘણા બધા “ક” ને ગંભીરતાથી લેતા જ નથી ને?

    જો કે આમા કાર્તિક મિસ્ત્રીનો “ક” અપવાદ ખરો.
