નવો લેન્સ
* ક્યારનોય કયો ઝૂમ લેન્સ લાવવો (અને બજેટમાં ફીટ બેસે તેવો) તેની વિચારણા ચાલતી હતી પછી છેવટે સસ્તા લેન્સ 55-250mm પર પસંદગી ઉતારવામાં આવી. તેનો સૌથી મોટો ફાયદો ઈમેજ સ્ટેબિલાઈઝર (IS) છે. જે 75-300mm જેવા લેન્સમાં નથી (જે વધુ ઝૂમ ધરાવતો અને વધુ સસ્તો છે). બધી વસ્તુની જેમ કેનોન અને નિકોન બન્નેના લેન્સના ભાવ પણ સારા એવા વધી ગયા છે. દુર્ભાગ્યે હજી સુધી કોઈ ખાસ ફોટા આ લેન્સથી પાડી શકાયા નથી. ચકલી, કબૂતર, કાબર અને કાગડો – આ ચાર પક્ષીઓમાં અમારા ઘરની ગેલેરીઓમાંથી દેખાય છે એટલે તેમને ઝડપવામાં આવ્યા છે, પણ લોકોને આમાં કંઈ મજા ના આવે (અને ફોગટની સજા ના મળે) એટલે પછી ફોટા હજી અપલોડ નથી કરવામાં આવ્યા..
I am also searching good deal on Nikon 70-300 lens. I do have 18-200 lens but feels like missing zoom. If you are considering zoom then better to go on larger side..55 you might already have in normal lens. I will mostly buy used one as new one is very costly. Craigslist is best place for it.

Things are different in US or outside India. I don’t trust ‘old stuff sellers’ here in India
I’ll go for larger Zoom when budget permits but usually, I’m not going to take pictures of birds, wildlife. More interested in normal or portrait photography. One macro lens will probably follow soon.
