આજનો મંત્ર

* એમ તો હું આ બ્લોગમાં અંગ્રેજીમાં લખતો નથી (સિવાય કે મારા ગુજરાતીમાં ઘૂસી ગયેલા અંગ્રેજી શબ્દો સિવાય!) પણ નીચેની કવિતા-ક્વોટ કે જે ગણો તે. આજ-કાલ હું તે ગણગણ કરતો જોવા મળી શકું છું (ie બાથરુમમાં).

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see it’s path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
