* કેરાલામાં વરસાદ પડ્યો અને તેનો કાળો કેર સોશિયલ મિડિયામાં વધુ વાપ્યો. એમાય ફેસબૂકે તો પત્તર ફાડી દીધી અને લોકો આક્ષેપો-પ્રતિઆક્ષેપો અને મોદીજીને નીચું દેખાડવામાંથી ઊંચા ન આવ્યા. હે રામ!
* ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટે અગાઉ લખ્યું હતું તેમ ૧૨ કલાકની મુંબઈ અલ્ટ્રા પૂરી કરી. લગભગ ૭૫ કિમી પૂરા કર્યા. કદાચ ૮૦ થઇ જાત પણ પછી થયું, જવા દો! પુષ્પક જોડે આરામથી આખા ગામના ગપાટા મારતા દોડ્યો અને બીજા અલ્ટ્રા રનનું પ્લાનિંગ પણ કરી દીધું.
હા, પગની બધી આંગળીઓના નખની હાલત વધુ ખરાબ છે. બાય બાય ઓલ નખ્સ.
* થોડા દિવસ પહેલાં સહકુટુંબ માલ્સેજ જઇ આવ્યા. સરસ જગ્યા. સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૦૪માં ઓફિસમાંથી ત્યાં ગયેલા એવું યાદ છે. એ સમયના ફોટાઓ મળતા નથી, એ દુ:ખની વાત છે. પણ, ક્યાંક પડ્યા હોઇ શકે છે.
* “જીપ્સીની ડાયરી” પુસ્તક કિંડલમાં પ્રાપ્ત છે. આજ-કાલમાં શરૂ કરવામાં આવશે.

Hopefully your leg nails recover. I am a black coffee drinker and therefore advising out of personal experience- leave black coffee, it doesn’t let calcium , magnesium etc and micronutrients to be absorbed in the body.
There’s one Aayurvedic tip to share with you. Take Bee’s wax ( મીણ ) , heat it to melt completely and then pour over the clean toenails once a week. Don’t go for very hot, just as much hot you can bear.

It’s terrible but still good enough to be curable.
Tape a partially torn toenail (for protection) until a new nail begins to form.
Don’t pull the damaged nail off. It may fall of on its own.
A health care provider might have to drain blood through the toenail with a specialized instrument. Scalpel. Thank god, you don’t seem to have redness and swelling or infection.
Do Not wear socks- let the air circulate. After running, always ensure , your shoes are dry. Neosporin in Powder form by GlaxoSmithkline is also helpful.

All nails gone now. New ones are forming slowly, but now next 1000K is coming 😀
